We are actively seeking a highly capable, self-driven Procurement Lead to oversee an established, branded hospitality portfolio across India. Based on-site in Gurugram, this role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in complex, multi-layered environments—specifically within FF&E and OS&E procurement, and has the capability to be a strong team leader.

What You Will Do:
- Orchestrate the Process: Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from issuing purchase orders and evaluating suppliers to leading strategic contract negotiations.
- Be the Nexus: Utilize your stellar communication and writing skills to coordinate seamlessly with hotel owners, GMs, PMC teams, interior designers, finance teams, and key stakeholders.
- Lead with Data: Analyze procurement metrics to drive efficient, cost-effective sourcing and build regular reports that highlight key project wins.
- Drive Execution: Track multiple concurrent tasks across various projects, ensuring rigorous follow-ups and strict adherence to timelines.
What You Bring:
- Proven hands-on experience with procurement, supplier evaluation, and vendor management.
- Sharp analytical skills for data-driven, strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities to juggle competing priorities.
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, with specific expertise in FF&E and OS&E.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
