Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to manage and oversee the procurement function for interior fit-out and construction projects. The role involves vendor management, material sourcing, negotiation, cost optimization, and ensuring timely procurement to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement process including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Conduct price negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with design, project, and finance teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials required for project execution.
- Prepare and review BOQ, vendor quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality compliance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficient procurement processes.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Understanding of interior fit-out materials and vendor networks
- Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation
