Procurement Expert
On-site: Meerut | Full-time
We’re hiring an experienced Procurement Expert who can independently manage end-to-end procurement activities for infrastructure, architecture, urban development, and government projects. The role requires strong expertise in tendering, contract management, vendor evaluation, procurement planning, and compliance with public procurement guidelines.

Our work demands both strong concept thinking and documentation discipline—especially on institutional and government-facing projects.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare procurement plans, tender schedules, bid documentation, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and contract packages.
- Manage the complete tendering process including bid invitations, pre-bid meetings, bid receipt, technical and financial evaluations, and recommendations for award.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable government procurement rules, financial regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct market assessments and vendor due diligence to identify qualified suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare bid evaluation reports, comparative statements, procurement notes, and recommendation documents.

- Bid Scrutiny and Evaluation
- Procurment compliance under GFR/CVC/State procurment rules
- Contract documentation and vendor coordination
Must-haves (we shortlist only if all are met)
B.Tech / B.E ( Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical ) or MBA (Operations / Suply Chain / Procurement)
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or e-tendering
contract documentation,Gem/CPPP/e-procurment platforms
Not a fit if…
- You want a concept-only role without documentation accountability
- You need constant supervision to move work forward
- You haven’t handled coordinated IFC/GFC issuance.
