Role Description The Procurement Executive – Interior Design Home Interiors is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for interior design and home interiors projects, including sourcing materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings in line with project specifications and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation. The role also involves supporting project teams with timely material availability, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving any discrepancies in orders or invoices. Collaboration with designers, project managers, and site teams is essential to ensure quality standards, on-time execution, and alignment with BricoBrick’s design and build vision.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management within interior design or home interiors.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to compare quotations, optimize costs, and support data-driven procurement decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to coordinate with vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in procurement for construction, architecture, or interior design projects is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings used in premium residential interiors is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or procurement/ERP tools, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
