Role: Procurement Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Expertise in vendor handling and relationship management
- Ability to identify and onboard new vendors
- Coordinate vendor payments between vendors, site team, and accounts team
- Exposure to supply chain management for interior projects
- Maintain procurement database and generate reports regularly
- Analyze cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency
- Cross-check delivered materials against Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with vendors for missing materials or refunds
- Verify materials before dispatch to ensure correct delivery to sites
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Previous experience in an interior company is mandatory
