Role Description :
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive specializing in Commercial Interior Fitout (Non-IT).
- Located in Bengaluru, the Procurement Executive will oversee purchasing processes, manage purchase orders, liaise with vendors and ensure materials are procured within budget and timelines.
- This role demands close collaboration with Design, QS and PM teams to fulfill project requirements effectively.
- Development of fair negotiation skill is essential.
- Integrity for this role will be paramount and non-negotiable. Acorp has a zero tollerance policy for any kind of corruption.
Qualifications :
- BE-Civil / Graduate or Diploma in Interior Designing / CIPP / CIPM.
- 1-2 years of relevant procurement experience in Corporate Interior fitout industry.
Selection Criteria :
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating vendors, costs, and procurement strategies.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of interior fitout materials and market trends is advantageous.
- Experience in procurement within the interior design or construction industry is a must.
