🚀 Join Our Team as a Procurement Executive at ZOPA

Role Overview
We are hiring Procurement Executives to support end-to-end procurement activities across multiple categories including MRO, IT Hardware & Software, Professional Services, Machinery, Civil, MEP, and other indirect spends.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations, competitive sourcing, and timely purchase execution.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and onboard new vendors through effective vendor sourcing and market research.
• Manage the purchase order (PO) process, including creation, tracking, and documentation.
• Support vendor negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
• Maintain vendor databases, quotations, and procurement records.
• Assist in tracking procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
• Strong skills in vendor sourcing, purchase order management, and negotiation.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, RFQs, and vendor management.
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
