Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive, based in the Pune Division. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating and tracking purchase orders, and analyzing suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to assess procurement needs, maintaining accurate documentation, and fostering effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance and negotiate cost-effective solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for vendor relations and internal coordination
- Proficiency in basic procurement or inventory management software is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage procurement operations efficiently
- Relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred
