We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore for infrastructure and electrical project coordination.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Electrical layout/design coordination for projects
✅ Server & network rack coordination and procurement
✅ Electrical material sourcing & procurement
✅ Vendor identification, negotiation & management
✅ B2B client coordination & quotation handling
✅ Purchase Order (PO) handling and follow-ups
✅ Coordination with suppliers, contractors, and project teams
✅ Electrical panel, wiring & rack installation coordination
✅ Logistics and material movement tracking
✅ Invoice, DC & GRN documentation management
✅ Payment follow-up with vendors and Accounts team
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Electrical layout/design knowledge
✔ Experience in server/network racks & infrastructure coordination
✔ Procurement & sourcing expertise
✔ Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
✔ B2B coordination experience
✔ Knowledge of electrical materials, wiring & panel coordination
✔ Excellent communication and follow-up skills
✔ Proficiency in Excel and documentation management
