Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive located in Greater Noida. The Procurement Executive will manage purchasing processes, handle purchase orders, oversee purchase management, and ensure the timely acquisition of quality products and supplies. The role involves conducting supplier evaluations, negotiating contracts, maintaining inventory records, and working closely with various departments to meet procurement needs. Strong communication and analytical abilities will be essential in achieving cost-effective and efficient procurement operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers, assessing costs, and optimizing procurement decisions
- Effective Communication skills to build relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy in inventory management and documentation
- Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
- Any Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Medical related field
