We are looking for an energetic, phone-first Procurement Associate to drive our e-waste collection.
Your primary job is simple: pick up the phone, call companies, vendors, and individuals, and secure e-waste for recycling.
Responsibilities
• Outbound Sourcing: Cold call corporates, IT firms, institutions, and scrap vendors daily to source e-waste.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate pickup terms, manage bulk e-waste pricing, and hit monthly volume targets.
• Relationship Building: Network with facility and procurement heads to build recurring pickup pipelines.
Requirements
• High stamina and confidence for cold calling.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Background in telesales, outbound sourcing, or vendor management (recycling/waste management experience is a bonus).
• Target-driven and persistent.
