Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, executing purchasing processes, ensuring procurement efficiency, and maintaining vendor relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include liaising with suppliers, analyzing purchase requisitions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier proposals and optimize procurement strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for effective supplier negotiation and collaboration
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Knowledge of engineering, design, or renewable energy industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in procurement-related software and tools is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and on-site environment
