Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor
development, and procurement operations for compliance-related projects, environmental
services, and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle (RFQ, vendor selection, negotiation, PO
issuance)
- Identify and onboard vendors for environmental services, recycling, waste
management, and compliance support
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to optimize cost
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery aligned with project timelines
- Maintain procurement records, MIS, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Compliance)
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA / Supply Chain preferred)
- Experience: 2–6 years in procurement/sourcing (preferably consulting,
environmental, or service industry)
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of ESG / sustainability ecosystem
- Cost optimization & contract management
- Multi-vendor handling experience
