Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Executive role based at Artemis Hospitals in the Greater Delhi Area. The Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of medical equipment, consumables, and non-medical supplies. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with clinical and administrative departments to understand requirements, and negotiating with vendors to secure quality products at competitive prices. The Procurement Executive will maintain accurate procurement records, track vendor performance, support compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards, and participate in process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and supply reliability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management skills for effective end-to-end procurement operations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate quotations, monitor costs, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare procurement, supply chain, or materials management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement or ERP software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
