Peach Prime Consultancy is a global experience design company specializing in designing Theme Parks, Museums, Entertainment Centers, with extensive expertise in theme park and museum exhibit design, the company supports project development from feasibility studies to execution.
We are looking for Procurement Engineer or Purchase Executive
Roles & Responsibility
- Handle procurement of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structure materials including steel sections, roofing sheets, cladding panels, fasteners, and accessories.
Source and procure landscape materials such as pavers, natural stones, outdoor furniture, planters, irrigation systems, and garden elements
· Manage purchasing of theme park and museum-related materials including GRC elements, FRP/fiber sculptures, props, themed structures, and decorative installations
- Procure interior and finishing materials such as laminates, plywood, paints, lighting fixtures, signage, and display systems
- Coordinate procurement of specialized items like water feature components, fountain accessories, pumps, nozzles, and filtration systems
- Identify and develop vendors for customized fabrication, theming elements, and artistic installations
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize vendors.
· Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms
· Prepare and release purchase orders as per project BOQ and site requirements
· Coordinate with design, execution, and site teams for technical specifications and approvals
· Track material dispatch and ensure timely delivery to site
· Maintain proper records of purchases, vendors, and material tracking
· Ensure quality compliance and material specifications are met
· Handle urgent and customized procurement requirements for projects
Primary Skills
- Strong knowledge of PEB structures and related material
- Understanding of landscape materials and outdoor installations
- Knowledge of GRC, FRP/fiber, theming, and decorative materials
- Familiarity with theme park, museum, and experiential project materials
- Good vendor network for specialized and customized items
- Strong negotiation and cost comparison skill
- Proficiency in MS Excel (comparative statements, BOQ handling)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and fast-paced project timelines
