Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Procurement Contract Specialist. The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and managing procurement contracts, negotiating terms with vendors and suppliers, and processing purchase orders in alignment with organizational policies. The role involves ensuring compliance with government procurement regulations and policies, monitoring contract execution, and analyzing procurement activities to support cost-effective decision-making. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve operational and financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Procurement Contracts and handling Purchase Orders
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and knowledge of Government Procurement processes
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating procurement and vendor performance
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Knowledge of procurement software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in procurement within the construction or infrastructure sector is advantageous
