RRD is currently seeking Procurement Associate & Executive for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai

In this role you will be responsible for –

Supporting RRD’s Indirect Category Manager with regards to the below –

• Contract Negotiations (Review & Respond to supplier’s contract redlines)
• Preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Request for Quotation (RFQs)
• Evaluate RFX suppliers responses
• Develop Scorecarding and Category Strategies
• Handle 1st level escalations
• Supplier Segmentation
• Spend & Savings Analytics

Requirements for this role include:

• 1 to 7 years of experience as a Procurement buyer specialist or Graduation in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Flexible to work from RA Puram office between 5.30pm to 2.30am.
• Should have very good communication skills as he/ she will be working closely with RRD Onshore Outsourcing Procurement team, Business Teams, External Suppliers
• Candidate should be expert in G-Suite, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Assistance with operating ERPs like SAP and ARIBA
