Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Procurement Buyer. The Procurement Buyer will perform daily tasks such as managing purchasing processes, creating and processing purchase orders, and analyzing supplier offerings to make informed procurement decisions. Other responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and negotiating contracts to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions. Additionally, the Procurement Buyer will be expected to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes and expertise in managing Purchase Orders
- Proficient in Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate supplier options and ensure cost efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience in Purchasing, including vendor negotiation and contract management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant procurement software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
