Associate / Sr. Associate – Procurement (MRO)
Location: Bangalore (BLR)
Industry: Aviation (MRO – Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals for the role of Associate / Sr. Associate – Procurement to support procurement and supply chain operations within the MRO environment. The role involves sourcing, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for aircraft maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of aircraft parts, tools, and consumables
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery
- Handle RFQs (Request for Quotation), price negotiation, and purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards, DGCA & OEM requirements
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and vendor data
- Track material status, delivery timelines, and shortages
- Support internal teams in planning and procurement strategy
- Work closely with technical and maintenance teams for requirements
🔍 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace preferred)
- 1–3 years experienced candidates
- Experience in procurement / supply chain / vendor management will be an advantage
- Candidates from Automobile Industry are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus
