Now Hiring: Procurement Assistant – Office Interiors (Fresher)
Job Description: This role is ideal for a recent Civil Engineer or B.COM graduate who is organized, has good communication skills, and is comfortable working with Excel and basic documentation.
Position: Procurement Assistant – Office Interiors (Fresher)
Education: BE/B.Tech Civil engineering, B.Com
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year
Industry: Architecture & Interior Design
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the procurement team with purchase orders and basic documentation.
- Maintain and update purchase records, vendor details, and material lists in Excel.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, delivery updates, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with project and design teams regarding material requirements.
- Track order status and delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to project sites.
- Help in collecting quotations and comparing prices from vendors.
- Support the team in maintaining organized procurement records and files.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding or interest in interior projects / construction materials is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, management, engineering, or related field preferred.
