Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Assistant based in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. The Procurement Assistant will assist in managing purchasing activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring procurement processes meet company standards, and liaising with suppliers to maintain strong professional relationships. Other responsibilities include evaluating vendor performance, analyzing procurement data, and supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks to optimize the department’s efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, and handling Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating vendors and procurement performance
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic knowledge of procurement software or systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
