Key Responsibilities:


Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with OMP(Outsourced Manufacturing Products) vendors for materials such as PP straps, angle boards, and other packaging components.
  • Process indents received from suppliers or OMP partners.
  • Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs).
  • Support sourcing activities and compare vendor pricing.
  • Assist with basic supplier negotiations and price discussions.

Operational & Planning Support

  • Coordinate with OMP partners on material availability, production priorities, and dispatch schedules.
  • Follow up on deliveries, delays, and dispatch plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of PO status, vendor updates, and material movement.
  • Assist in production and dispatch planning as needed.

Documentation & Tracking

  • Maintain documentation for POs, vendor files, and sourcing activities.
  • Update procurement trackers, pricing sheets, and indent logs.
  • Share regular updates with internal teams on procurement progress and vendor performance.


Education:

Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

Certifications in supply chain or procurement are an added advantage.


Required Skills & Competencies:

2–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor coordination, sourcing, or supply chain.

Background in manufacturing, packaging, or third-party vendor operations preferred.

Strong coordination and follow up skills.

Basic negotiation ability.
