Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an IT Procurement . The role involves managing procurement processes for IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and vendor compliance. The specialist will evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with vendors. Additionally, the role includes preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, ensuring timely procurement, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in IT procurement, supplier evaluation, and vendor management
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, cost analysis, and purchasing processes
- Understanding of IT hardware, software, and services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
- A bachelors degree
- Experience in IT inventory management and procurement tools is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
