Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Procurement Assistant. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for preparing and managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The role includes maintaining accurate procurement records, assisting in vendor negotiations, and supporting the procurement team with administrative tasks. The Procurement Assistant will also analyze purchasing data and participate in improving procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchase Orders and a solid understanding of Purchasing and Procurement processes
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to work effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in procurement or inventory software and tools is a plus
- Relevant experience or a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
