Role Description
The Procurement Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing purchase orders, coordinating procurement activities, and maintaining records of purchases. The Procurement Assistant will also collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders, analyze procurement data for informed decision-making, and ensure that purchasing aligns with company goals and policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Purchasing processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess procurement data and supplier performance
- Experience with Procurement practices and sourcing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Hyderabad
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
