Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Analyst, based in Hyderabad. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing purchase orders, assisting in contract negotiations, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors, analyzing purchasing data, evaluating supplier performance, and maintaining effective communication across departments to ensure procurement processes are executed efficiently and align with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and procurement-related processes
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Experience with Contract Negotiation and managing supplier relationships effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; relevant certification is a plus
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools is an added advantage
