Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Procurement Analyst. The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for preparing and managing purchase orders, analyzing procurement data, conducting contract negotiations, and collaborating closely with vendors and internal teams. The role involves monitoring procurement processes, optimizing cost efficiencies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and building strong supplier relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Procurement processes and experience managing Purchase Orders
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier performance and procurement data
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
