Role Description:
Spare Parts & Supply Chain
- Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels to ensure availability
- Co-ordination with bdtronic headquarters in Germany for spares parts procurement
- Identify and develop local suppliers to support parts localisation
Logistics & Freight
- Manage end-to-end freight: customs clearance co-ordination, packaging, and local/international shipments
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
Commercial & Customer Support
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order
acceptance documents
- Follow up on spare part enquiries and
outstanding quotes
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments
Vendor & Administrative Management
- Handle vendor registration and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
- Oversee general office management including maintenance and procurement
- Employee reimbursements and prepare monthly book keeping & reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BSC, Commerce, Supply Chain or Logistics
- 2–5 years of experience in after-sales, logistics, procurement, operations coordination, vendor management (Capital equipment’s field is plus)
- Knowledge of Indian import/export regulations, customs procedures, and DGFT guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/SAP systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (German language skills are an advantage)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and
comfortable working across time zones
