Experience: At least 5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
Critical Thinking: Analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions.
What you will do
End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all design stages from initial concept through wireframing, visual design, to final hand-off for development.
Prototyping & Specifications: Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications reflecting deep user insights and client needs.
Review & Feedback: Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to meet ProCreator standards and client expectations.
Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems, proactively troubleshooting UX issues and incorporating feedback.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects.
