About Arcline
Arcline Geomatics is a UK-backed survey data processing company based in Hyderabad. We serve UK surveying and engineering firms — producing CAD and BIM deliverables from 3D scan, LiDAR, and survey data captured in the field. We are the processing arm of AKN Engineering Ltd, an established UK site engineering company.
This is our first hire in India. We are building from scratch.
The Role
Senior, hands-on Processing Manager. You will process LiDAR and 3D scan data (Trimble X9), produce CAD in Civil 3D to UK drawing standards, and own quality before anything goes to the client. As the operation grows, you recruit and lead the team beneath you.
You will be doing the technical work yourself in the early months — while simultaneously building processes, standards, and workflows. This is not a management-only role.
What You'll Do
— Register, clean and process LiDAR point cloud data in Trimble RealWorks
— Produce plans, sections, elevations and as-built CAD in Civil 3D
— Handle buildings, facades, highways, utilities and civil structures
— Own QC — every deliverable checked before it leaves
— Write SOPs and build the processing workflow from scratch
— Correspond directly with UK clients on technical queries and delivery
— Recruit and train junior staff as we grow
What We Need
— Trimble RealWorks — minimum 2 years hands-on (registration, cleaning, feature extraction)
— AutoCAD Civil 3D — expert level, daily production use
— LiDAR point cloud to CAD: plans, sections, elevations
— UK coordinate systems: OSGB36 National Grid
— International client experience (UK, EU or North America)
— Fluent written and spoken English — daily UK client contact
— Available 13:00–17:00 GMT overlap minimum
— Has supervised or trained junior staff
Desirable Leica Cyclone, Revit/Scan to BIM, Navisworks, PAS 128 awareness
What We Offer
— ₹25–35 lakhs per annum
