Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer in Customer Support, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Process Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs for new hires, identifying training needs, and providing ongoing learning opportunities to improve performance. They will deliver presentations, evaluate training effectiveness, and collaborate with team leaders to ensure consistent process adherence and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Experience with Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training
- Strong Presentation Skills to effectively deliver training sessions
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in customer support or process training will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Have experience in Process Training
