Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Training Specialist located in Noida. The Senior Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, designing instructional materials, and facilitating sessions to enhance employee skillsets. Additional responsibilities include partnering with team leads to identify training needs, conducting evaluations to measure trainees' progress, and ensuring training programs align with organizational goals and standards. The role will also involve maintaining thorough training records and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Expertise in Training & Development, with the ability to design and deliver impactful training programs.
- Proven experience in Training and Instructional Design to create engaging and effective learning content.
- Customer Service skills to ensure a client-centric approach in understanding and addressing training needs.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and modern training tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in a PEO or HR services industry is a plus.
