✨ Role Overview:
Policybazaar is looking for a dynamic Process Trainer who will be responsible for training new hires and existing employees on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer communication to improve team productivity and performance.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing teams
✅ Deliver product knowledge and sales process training
✅ Train employees on selling skills, retention skills, and objection handling
✅ Identify training needs and conduct refresher training programs
✅ Perform call audits and provide performance feedback
✅ Maintain training reports and track trainee performance
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Training / Process Training
✔️ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔️ Experience in sales training or process training preferred
✔️ Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team performance
✔️ Graduation preferred
