Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Trainer located in Bengaluru. The Process Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, conducting training sessions for new hires, and delivering process improvement and operational training. The role involves creating engaging presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing feedback to enhance team efficiency and knowledge. The incumbent will play a key role in fostering a learning environment to support employee development and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis and delivering New Hire Training
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to design and deliver impactful content
- Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative teams and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in a training or instructional role is preferred
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive training materials
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is advantageous
