The Process Trainer – O2C will be responsible for building and sustaining process capability across the end-to-end Order to Cash function, covering Master Data Management (MDM., Enterprise Data Layer (EDL., Logistics enablement, and Accounts Receivable (AR.. The role ensures consistent training, updated SOPs, and improved accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the COE.

Job Description
The O2C Training & Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for developing organizational capability across the Order-to-Cash (O2C. lifecycle. This role focuses on delivering structured induction, refresher, and advanced trainings; maintaining high-quality process documentation; and driving process consistency through assessments and corrective interventions. The specialist partners with Operations, Quality, and Compliance teams to enhance accuracy, audit readiness, and automation awareness across the function.
Principal Accountabilities
Deliver induction refresher and advanced training sessions for employees across all O2C functions ensuring comprehensive understanding and capability buildingbr Conduct simulationbased learning scenariodriven sessions and handson practice for both new hires and experienced staff to enhance practical skillsbr Own maintain and periodically update O2C SOPs process maps and work instructions ensuring alignment with operational changes and system enhancementsbr Evaluate process understanding through tests assessments and simulated tasks to identify skill and knowledge gaps and design corrective training to address these gapsbr Support quality improvement initiatives and strengthen audit readiness by aligning training with compliance accuracy and process standardsbr Integrate awareness of automation impacts data quality requirements and key risk controls into training content ensuring employees understand digital tools and governance expectations related to O2C processes
