Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Support Executive, located in Chennai. The role involves assisting clients with process-related inquiries, providing excellent customer support, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Process Support Executive will also analyze processes to identify improvements and collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships
- Proficient Communication skills, including clear verbal and written correspondence
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess client needs and improve service processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
