Responsibilities
We are looking for a strong individual to be part of the Document Services and Consulting Team to review plan and trust documents, system reviews for acceptance, timely signature details and complete application coding. Process employer level coding changes of highest difficulty. Develop and maintain technical guidance for new and experienced employees through mentoring, training, and written procedures. Provide technical assistance to all roles as coding topic expert. Also, to provide leaders and employees with the information about the functions and requirements needed to perform the job.
Here are few examples of the kinds of things you will do:
- Partner with client facing roles as well as internal & external customers in delivering excellent client services.
- Support, coordinate and prioritize daily work to meet service expectations.
- Independently deliver accurate and timely retirement plan administrative services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience required
- Experince in Any retirement domain along with 401k
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, negotiation, innovation, analytical and problem solving.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures and company products and services.
- Must possess an in-depth understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management.
Additional Information
Shift time : 5:30 pm to 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm to 3:30 pm
