Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and process transactions in accordance with business process documents.
- Ensure customer happiness by demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and timely transaction processing.
- Work on routine matters with minimal supervision, showing initiative in a team environment.
- Continuously update job knowledge using available resources, positively impacting work results.
- Be flexible and multitask, accepting ownership for new and different requests assigned by your supervisor.
- Deliver timely answers to inquiries from both internal and external contributors.
- Adhere to Compliance, Information Security, Internal and External statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Align with PGS policies and demonstrate flexibility as per business needs.
- Develop positive relationships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transaction processing within the Insurance (Life/Health) is preferred.
- Typing skills with a speed of 30 to 35 words per minute and 98% accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Open to flexible shifts and weekend working.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
