Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and process transactions in accordance with business process documents
- Ensure customer happiness by demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, timely and methodical transaction processing
- Work on routine matters with minimum supervision
- Continuously update job knowledge with available resources, leading to a positive impact at work
- Accept ownership for new and different requests assigned by your supervisor, showcasing flexibility and multitasking abilities
- Use your initiative in a team environment
- Provide timely responses to queries from internal and external collaborators
- Align with PGS policies and adapt to business needs
- Develop positive relationships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – 15 years of formal education from a recognized and accredited university
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions by raising ethical issues or concerns in the decision-making process
- Embrace change by seeking opportunities to acquire new knowledge, skills, and experiences, and communicate opportunities for process improvement
- Build positive relationships by relating to others in an accepting and respectful manner, maintaining positive relationships even in challenging circumstances
- Results-oriented approach, delivering commitments accurately and timely while maintaining high efficiency levels
