Location - PAN india (should relocate to Pune for joining)

Qualifications & Experience:
•Graduate with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Logistics Operations
•Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a strong advantage
Key Skills & Expertise:
•Strong communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders
•Deep expertise in handling following:
oOutbound / Inbound Deliveries
oShipping documentation
oInventory management/ replenishment
oTransportation Tracking
oShipping instructions
oAudit Carrier Invoices
oReturns
oVehicle scheduling
oRouting Optimization
•Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
•Advanced proficiency in SAP
•Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work Environment:
•Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
•Required to be physically present in the office on all working days
