We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Process Quality Engineer to join our team in the Aluminium Die Casting industry.
📍 Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

🔧 Key Responsibilitie
s
:
* Monitor and maintain process quality in aluminium die casting operation
s.* Conduct in-process inspections and ensure product quality standard
s.* Identify, analyze, and resolve process-related quality issue
s.* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA
).* Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentatio
n.* Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to minimize defects and improve process performanc
e.* Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and quality standard
s
.
🎯 Required Skill
s
:
* Knowledge of aluminium die casting processes and quality inspectio
n.* Understanding of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, and Root Cause Analysi
s.* Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentatio
n.* Good problem-solving and communication skill
