Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Process Planning role based in Coimbatore. The role involves planning and coordinating manufacturing processes, creating and optimizing workflows for production, and ensuring efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, collaborating with design, production, and quality teams, and supporting the evaluation and improvement of operational strategies. The candidate will also address customer requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Proficiency in Planning and organizational skills to manage production schedules effectively
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and clients
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with Finance principles to ensure cost-effective operations
- Customer Service orientation to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in design tools like PR0-E, AutoCAD, and Moldflow is an advantage
- Experience in process planning within manufacturing or plastic injection molding is preferred
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field
