Job details:
Design and implement process plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow integration.
Develop and maintain documentation for process planning and execution.
Provide training and support to staff on new processes and procedures.
Analysing and assessing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses with the stores and purchase team.
Creating and maintaining production schedules, and considering lead times.
Montior production progress and adjust schedules as needed, to meet changing demands.
Communicate production schedules and changes to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Analyse data and generate reports on production performance and inventory metrics.
Monitor and evaluate process performance to ensure goals are met.
