Purpose Of The Position
Ensure target achievement as per sectional KPIsPlanning of battery handling process in warehouse & SupermarketPlanning & Installation of logistics technology & infrastructure including civil changes for BEV carsChanges and update the system (ERP, software interface, documents etc.) for various optimizations and auditsPrepare request for quote (RFQ), suggestion for order (SFO) for BEV logistics technologiesPlanning & Evaluate improvements in BEV parts packaging concepts according to ECN or business requirement
Skills Required
Critical, Technical & Behavioral Skills (As required for the role)Define zero error processes and material flow for BEV cars, AUTOCADUnderstand Battery handling processes with cost impact that can add value to businessOrganization/ planning skills, Leadership, Decision making ability and problem solving skillsMethods Time Measurement (MTM Logistics), Value Stream Analysis
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
Plan and execute ideal material flow concepts of BEV cars parts for the shop from supplier to point of use.Develops information flow systems in line with material & battery flow concepts.(Receiving, Putaway, Storage, Picking, Sequencing, Kitting, Line delivery)Plan and execute warehouse strategy, supermarket layouts for battery & BEV series parts, for Project.Evaluates resources (space, technology etc.) optimization for BEV cars logistics processEnsures availability of all material resources in line with BEV product implementation program.Develops the requirement for BEV parts & battery Logistics technologies for preparation of request for quotation (RFQ)Prepare optimum processes for maintaining the Logistics assets and implement as per requirement.Prepares place for each part (PFEP) on periodic basis in material flow processPlans BEV material replenishment process and integrate with ERP systems (SAP)Informs reporting head about the status of key performance indices (KPI) as per key responsible area (KRA)Prepares for Internal Process Audits (QMS and VDA) by setting down methodic procedures for closure of observations or deviationsCoordinates closely with cross functional team (CFT) and participates in KVP workshops for optimization of processes in BEV value chainReleases the Logistics concepts for Sourcing CommitteeEvaluates the existing packaging and processes to support cost efficiency
