About Sparkhs
At Sparkhs, we specialize in process mining and business process transformation, helping organizations identify inefficiencies, optimize operations, and drive measurable business outcomes.
We leverage leading process mining and process intelligence technologies to deliver data-driven solutions for our clients.
Who we're looking for
Someone genuinely curious about how work actually flows through an organisation, and stubborn enough to keep digging when the data disagrees with the process documentation. You should be equally comfortable debugging a data model and sitting across from a process owner explaining what it shows. If you have delivered process mining use cases hands-on and want a role where you own the outcome rather than a slice of it, we should talk.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Sparkhs is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive, collaborative workplace.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Process Mining Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate must have hands-on experience with at least one process mining or process intelligence platform. - Present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to process mining and business process challenges.

- Experience with Celonis PQL is preferred.
- Experience working with SAP ERP or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
- Interest in applying AI to process mining and developing AI-driven solutions.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
