Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Manager based in Coimbatore. The Process Manager will oversee, evaluate, and optimize industrial water treatment processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating project operations, monitoring equipment performance, implementing process improvements, managing teams, and providing technical guidance to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in water treatment processes, industrial effluent solutions, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent project management and process optimization skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, record-keeping, and reporting to track operational efficiency
- Leadership skills to manage teams and facilitate training and development
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in the water treatment or industrial effluent management sector is highly preferred
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field is required
