Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Manager based in Mumbai. The Process Manager will oversee and streamline operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company’s objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and monitoring performance metrics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Process Manager will drive operational excellence and ensure seamless day-to-day business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in process analysis, workflow optimization, and operational management strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership skills for collaborating across diverse teams
- Experience in project management and timeline prioritization
- Comfortable with technology and tools for monitoring processes and reporting metrics
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail or the fashion industry is a plus
