Role Description

The Process Manager will oversee and coordinate process engineering activities to ensure the efficient execution of projects, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Key responsibilities include developing process designs, conducting feasibility studies, defining key engineering parameters, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards. The role also involves troubleshooting process-related issues, preparing technical documentation, and supervising project deliverables through to successful completion. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in Process Engineering, including experience with process design, simulations, heat and mass balance, and system optimization.
• Proficiency in safety and compliance standards, risk assessments, and hazard analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address process challenges effectively.
• Experience in project coordination, team collaboration, and the use of engineering software tools and workflows.
• Fluent understanding of Indian and international engineering codes and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in reporting and technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related industries. Prior experience in managing projects in Chennai or other industrial hubs will be considered an advantage.
