The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring smooth coordination across the entire sales process. From handling client inquiries to providing pre-sales support, the SC ensures timely responses and assists in closing sales. This role is based in-office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Coordination: Manage the full sales cycle—from inquiry to closure—ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Client Interaction: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients; handle calls, emails, meetings, and updates.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain and update the Sales Flowchart Monitoring Sheet (FMS) for accurate sales funnel tracking.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, NDAs, and maintaining sales templates.
- Sales Support: Provide sales materials, help manage leads, and support the team in closing deals.
- Handover to Ops: Ensure smooth transition of closed deals to the Operations team with all relevant details.
- Reporting: Generate daily sales reports and suggest improvements based on sales data analysis.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Hindi: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent email etiquette.
- Organizational & Follow-up Skills: Ability to maintain organized records, prioritize tasks, and follow up on all meetings, inquiries, and sales progress.
- Data Analytics & Tools: Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot charts, query functions), Docs, and Slides.
- Sales & Client Coordination: Experience in handling client communications, sales support, and project management tasks.
- Independent & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage responsibilities without supervision.
- Collaborative Attitude: Pleasant, friendly, and proactive, with a willingness to work with different teams and push tasks to completion.
