Position Overview:
The Process Manager will be responsible for process design, thermal calculations, and technical compliance of thermic fluid heater systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs as per client and statutory requirements.
Designation: Process Manager
Qualification & Experience:
• BE / BTech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in thermic fluid heater or fired heater systems must.
- Strong knowledge of combustion processes, industrial heating equipment, and thermic fluid systems.
Skills:
• Process calculations and documentation
- Knowledge of fired heaters and hot oil systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities:
• Develop process design basis, heat & material balance.
- Perform heat duty, fuel consumption, and efficiency calculations.
- Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, and process datasheets.
- Size thermic fluid heaters, pumps, expansion tanks, and auxiliaries.
- Ensure compliance with ASME / API / IBR / PESO and client standards.
- Support manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and audits.
- Coordinate with mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
- Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors.
